CHOREOGRAPHY

Dance has been a part of my life for 25 years, and theatre for over 15. I have a robust amount of experience as an actor and choreographer; working with ages 6-65 and all dance experience levels. Growing up in Houston, I danced with many studios and teams studying ballet, tap, jazz, kick, pom, modern, and improv.

Upon my first encounter with musical theatre, I fell in love. I went on to study Acting and Directing at the University of North Texas in Denton and have been working in the DFW theatre industry ever since. Choreography is a way for me to marry my two passions: dance and theatre.

For me, choreography is about enhancing the environment of the play, telling the story through movement. It's about forwarding the characters' journeys through another avenue when words aren't enough.
